High school

Sports

One of the best choices I took was to form part of this team.

I have formed part of the soccer representative team from first semester up to now.

We were the second national winners of CONADEIP (Monterrey, 2016); second in Elite League (Jalisco, 2016), second in Cordica League (Jalisco, 2017),the winners of Intercampus ITESM tournament (Aguascalientes, 2017), Second place in the intercampus of Sonora (2018), as well as winners of the fútbol 7 tournament in the same intercampus.

I believe that forming part of this team, was one of the most enriching and satisfying experiences I acquired from “PrepaTec”. I learned about patience, tolerance team work, perseverance, effort, friendship, trust, honesty, and much more. The experiences were unforgettable.

Cultural activities

Throughout the semestres I have taken in Prepa Tec, I have had different assignments in the Spanish classes, that involved visiting different cultural spots or events. I visited a muesum with abstract art from many different authors. I also visited Hospicio Cabañas, where at the time was exhibited a collection that imitated and explained the art of Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo. Besides, I went to a play, that was hard to understand, but that at the end I really enjoyed.

Other cultural activities that really enriched me, were the typical “Fiestas de humanidades” we organize in honor of the festivity of “día de muertos”. Each semester I was able to investigate about different celebrities of our country and honor them creating, wether a tomb or an altar. I also got to prepare typical dishes from a specific region of Mexico, paint, create masks and many other activities.

Through all of these cultural activities, I developed skills such as investigation, analization and observation, organization, team work, detailing, hard work, painting, sculpting, cooking and I also enriched myself with a lot of culture.

Scholar activities

I had participation as a delegate in the regional United Nations model (Aguascalientes, 2017) and at the national level (Jalisco, 2018).

Through these experiences, I learned to investigate, to express my ideas and opinions in front of others, to listen to others to get to an agreement, Imleraned how the UN works, I learned about some conflicts of the countries, I learned to respect different ideas and cultures.

Social leadership and communitary action

I had Participation in social work activities throughout high school, such as Eureka, which was a huge event that we got to organize to celebrate the children day for low income kids. I also gave english classes in social incubators for people of all ages; I helped in improvement projects and support for the community of Santa Lucía; I, also thought classes for low-income children in different schools throughout high school.

I learned to get more involved in my community, to see for others, to be kind, to give, rather than obtain, I learned that it makes me happy to make other people happy, I also learned to organize events, to be able to transmit my knowledge, and much more.

Entrepreneurship

In 5th semester, I signed up in the class of business, where I had the opportunity to compete creating a new business design that could attract more young customers to Liverpool, along with my partners we created a business plan to attract millennials and presented it in front of the Liverpool directives.

Through this, my creativity was ignited, also I learned a lot about studying your goal market and making professional presentations.

Laboral experience

I worked as an operator, taking calls from the Us from customers of “AT and T”prepay in the call center “Teleperformance” during the summer of 2018, where I learned to deal with clients, to understand them, to be empathetic and to adapt according to their needs. As well as to practice my patience and my english. I learned to express my ideas clearly and to analyze my work to improve the quality of my service in each call. I learned to be fast, but efficient by doing several activities at the same time and to be perseverant. Through this, the metrics that signaled the development of my team regarding the satisfaction of the clients , improved.

International programs
